We each have somethings to get obsessed about. Some obsessions are good and some are destructive. Where would I put my obsession with subscription boxes? I view it as the most positive thing – it keeps me, my kids, and even my dog happy, and I get great stuff delivered without shopping.  It is all good then, right? My husband, of course, thinks a little differently…

Since I am an independent woman, my husband can keep his opinions to himself, and he does, I can’t complain. I have no plans to slow down getting my favorite boxes or testing new ones. All of that comes to light when corona is not going away and when getting out in California, armed with masks and disinfectants, is not the most fun thing you can do. This is why subscription box addiction is full on for me. No apologies!

As you can see from my stack of boxes, I have tried quite a few. I also picked a few favorites from that bunch. While I ordered boxes for my kids, my dog, and even my husband, I spoiled myself way more than them. Somebody has to test things first, right?

This is what I got for me – Be Kind by Ellen, Smartass & Sass, YogaClub, CauseBox, FabFitFun, and Beachly.

I also enjoy GlobeIn and a few smaller beauty boxes, but they are not in this pile. My dog is the next most spoiled family member – multiple Chewy’s Goody boxes, BarkBoxes, Super Chewer boxes, and PupBox.

My sons love ToucanBox and the new KiwiCo Arcade box. Even my not entirely happy husband got FabFitFun for Him and Bespoke Post and liked them both.

I am not very picky about beauty products I use, my skin can take just about anything, and I appreciate little fashion or home décor nothings, so most boxes make me happy and content. Sure, I prefer natural products and enjoy unique items, but popular brand beauty products work for me as well. This being said, my two all-time favorite boxes are FabFitFun and CauseBox.

FabFitFun focuses on beauty products from well established brands and features trendy newcomers from time to time. I have gotten blankets, slippers, gloves and hats, jewelry, yoga mat, candles, and much more from them. With an exception of a few items, I use almost everything.

Some products I liked so much that I ended up ordering extras. I tried countless body scrubs, lotions, hair products, eye creams, and lots of makeup.

If not for FabFitFun, I would’ve never heard about some of that stuff.

The box is seasonal, so I always have time to use my full size items before the next one comes along. One thing the company could do better is include more organic and natural items.
