I dislike shopping for clothes, especially in stores. Nordstrom Rack is my favorite store, but even there I don’t always like spending hours digging for god stuff and then trying everything. Online shopping is fine, but it is a lot more difficult when you can’t try and touch anything. Amazon would be convenient, but most of their apparel comes from China with sizing all over the place. For some ungodly reason I never really shop for clothes anywhere else. I work from home, take walks with the dog, go to gym every day, and make grocery runs. This is what I need clothes for during this corona year of 2020. I didn’t travel to Europe this summer and attend fewer parties than before, so new fancy clothes are really not needed. Shipping is always paid and it usually costs me around $7.99. Once you make a purchase, you have three days after that to buy whatever you want with free shipping. Some items can ship fast; they will have a rocket icon next to them. Others might take 2-3 weeks. My large orders usually come spaced out in a few shipments, based on availability.
Not everything I order fits me, often times the sizing is quite off because Zulily buys from various vendors. It is easy to return the items back, but you will get store credit for your refund. That has always worked for me because I always find something that I like to use the store credit for.
Zulily changes their offers all the time, so if you see something you like, get it before it’s gone. It’s really a hit or miss with this company. Very often clothes look so much better in pictures than in reality that it’s not even funny. There have been cases when I was blown away with the quality of items. In other cases it was hard to believe how cheap some materials were. This is online shopping for you, so be ready to be surprised!

Lily Black Pocket-Accent Racerback Jumpsuit
This item is for home only, for the days I spend at my computer and by the pool. It is made of very cheap polyester, but looks cute. I feel totally relaxed in it.
Amasoo Pink Polka Dot Tie-Waist Halter Dress
This dress is going to be great for errand running and for visiting or hosting friends on summer evenings. I can see myself going to the lake in it or lounging in the cabana with a mojito in hand. The dress is a bit on a short side, but is very good looking.
Suvimuga Grey and White Leaf Strapless Jumpsuit
I don’t usually wear strapless things, but this one is very nice. It has rubber edges and doesn’t slide down of my smallish chest. It is great for going just about anywhere, from a grocery store to a cocktail party after work. I am definitely keeping it.
Yokodea Army Green V-Neck Blouson Dress
This color is my favorite because it makes my green eyes pop. The dress itself is very basic, but I saw that when buying it, so it’s nothing unexpected. I needed a simple cotton dress like this for wearing around the house.
Amasoo Apricot Dot Sleeveless Blouson Maxi Dress
This one looked so good on a model in the picture that I decided to try it even though I don’t usually wear maxi dresses. It came very wrinkly and I didn’t take time to iron it yet, so it’s hard to understand how it’ll look on me. I might keep it or might send it back, not sure yet.
Amasoo White Floral Ruffle-Accent High-Neck Sleeveless Blouson Dress
Another creation from the same company also arrived wrinkled. It looks and feels nice, but might be a tad too long for me.
As soon as it reaches my knees, I usually back out, unless it’s a maxi dress. I am still thinking if I should keep it.
Yokodea Black & White Striped-Accent Fit & Flare Dress
It might be flare, but definitely not fit. I ordered size S and it says S on it, but it looks like it’s an L. It is way too wide for me and is made of some kind of cheap viscose, so it’s definitely going back.
Lydiane Ivory Pleated High-Neck Sleeveless Blouson Top
This top definitely looks nicer in the picture than in reality. It is simply nothing special and too loose for me. The high neck looks nice, but it will be going back.
Two of the items didn’t have tags with them, which makes me think that they were worn and returned. Overall quality of clothing is not the best, but I like the style and I like the fact that you can buy a nice dress for $16.99. The more you pay for something, the better the quality will be, just like everywhere else.
