Causebox is one of my favorite subscription services, because what woman wouldn’t appreciate a nice collection of items that relate to beauty, lifestyle, fitness, and all things feminine? I know I am enjoy everything I get and if something is not quite useful for me at times then my friends get to appreciate those items. So my friends love Causebox too!

I learned about this company from my sister, who is very aware of health culture and always chooses natural products, especially if they are made with environment in mind. She has been getting Causebox Editor’s Edition, which is simply a yearly subscription. I started with seasonal subscription and even though it’s essentially the same as Editor’s, I might switch to it as well. Since I have no desire to stop the boxes, there is no reason why I wouldn’t want to save $20.

Each box arrives once per season and brings 6-8 full size items. Editor’s Edition costs $49.95, while seasonal option is $54.95 each time. The items that are included are similar, mostly the same, so it’s all about saving money and getting charged once per year instead of every 3 months.

Both of us like the mission of Causebox – to support minorities, women, companies that make sustainable, vegan and cruelty-free products, local artisans, and people from disadvantaged communities. There is a certain message of positivity from Causebox and that is very appealing to both of us.

Let’s first take a look at the items that were the same for us this time:

Thread & Supply Cozy Cloud Wrap – $115

This one item alone is worth over twice as much as we pay for the box, so there goes the value aspect. The wrap itself is made of recycled plastic bottles, but feels soft like cashmere. You can take this cloud-like creation on trips, wrap yourself in it on cool nights year round, or simply lounge in it at home for the rest of winter and pandemic.

Over 4 million plastic bottles are used in making these wraps and about 450,000 liters of water are saved. This is definitely one feel-good wrap!

Boon Supply Reusable Zip Pouches – $22

Both of us have kids who need constant supply of little snack bags. With these reusable pouches we’ll be not only saving thousands of plastic bags, but also supporting a company who gives back and cares about the planet.

SKIN&CO Roma Truffle Therapy Face Toner – $30

This Italian face toner is great for California and perfect for Georgia, it’s refreshing in winter and feels good in spring, all thanks to unique witch hazel, truffle, and rosemary extract combination. We are both obsessed with natural beauty products and will love this one for sure. It is vegan and cruelty-free.

ettitude Travel Beauty Pillowcase – $25

The traveling sisters might not be traveling much these days, but when we will, we’ll sure use our bamboo pillowcases. They are super soft and feel like luxurious silk. Bamboo is one of the most sustainable materials, so it makes sense that this product is made of it. ettitude also reuses 98% of water needed for manufacturing.

It smells amazing and really takes care of my skin – exfoliates, tightens, and prevents wrinkles. The company works with small farms and plants trees.

My sister got Sanctuary Project Thick Gold Hoops – $38

She is very much into jewelry and beauty, so this is right on. The earrings are made by victims of trafficking, violence, and addiction and look beautiful.

I got Idlewild Co. Yearly Planner – $32

As soon as I got it, my 10 year old daughter stole it from me. She loves cute things and is in the pre-diary writing stage, so I didn’t mind. The company is owned by women and uses biodegradable materials, so I am happy my little girl will enjoy such planner and have fun with it in 2021.

She got Soon Skincare Peony Foot Mask – $45

Foot masks might sound strange, but it makes perfect sense – why should your feet be treated inferior to hands? The masks smell very nice and make feet feel smooth and pampered. I wouldn’t mind such treatments for my toes as well!
