Due to COVID-19 there are a few changes at Sierra. The biggest one is their return policy. Anything you buy, you can return within 30 days. If you bought merchandise before March 19th, you had until June 24th to return, which was over 3 months.
Everything bought in-stores or online before May 9th, could be returned by July 4th. All returned merchandise will be kept aside for at least 72 hours before it goes back on the shelves.
All fitting rooms are currently closed, but customers are encouraged to take everything home, try, and return what they don’t like in a month.
The number of customers in the store at any given time is also limited to prevent the spread of oh so familiar and universally hated virus.
Some things that really catch attention in the stores are racks and racks of apparel for very low prices. For example, you can find a ton of boys’ shirts all for under $10. There are also shirts for men for $10 and lower. Most of them are short sleeves, but come on – we still have good two months of warm weather!
Dog toys and supplies is another favorite section of many people.
