What does the service include?
Monthly members get access to dozens of reports each month and those include:
- Relatives and associates
- Property reports
- Phone numbers
- Criminal record
Pay-per-report customers can always access their report and buy extra ones. Premium services are available for extra payments.
How can you get a refund?
If the service received is not up to your satisfaction, you can always call Customer Service and request a refund. Every case is different, but our priority is to address all concerns. Email address and member ID are appreciated for a speedy service and case resolution.
Once your refund is granted it might take up to 10 days to see it in your bank account. If your bank posts a chargeback, BeenVerified has a right to suspend your account and open a case to investigate, during which time you won’t be able to get a refund.
Do memberships renew automatically?
Yes, once your membership is up, the service will be renewed automatically unless cancelled. After it gets cancelled, the membership will be active until the end of the term, but won’t be automatically renewed.

How can you view past purchased reports?
Simply go to your account and then Dashboard to access all your purchased reports. If your subscription is inactive, there will be an option to reactivate it and view the reports.
Do customers get charged if their reports don’t have criminal record?
Yes, every time the report is run customers are charged regardless of the results. It does cost to confirm that the subject really doesn’t have a criminal record.
How will BeenVerified charge appear on the bank statement or credit card bill?
Most likely you will see a charge from BeenVerified or BVD, and 1-855-904-6471 phone number.
Where can you see your invoice?
Your payment history can be viewed right from your account’s My Account page. There you will see all your payments, payment methods, what you paid for, amounts, and dates.
How can you cancel your service?
If you are ready to cancel, just call Customer Service with your ID number. You can also email them at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out Contact Us form with the stated desire to cancel.
