If something is below your expectations, you can return your order within 30 days as long as you have a receipt or order confirmation email. Refund will be issued to the original form of payment. All items must be new, unopened, unworn, and sent in the original packaging.
All online orders can be returned to the local Party City location to avoid shipping back costs.
There are some limitations to holiday merchandise – Christmas, Easter, Halloween, and all other seasonal holiday merchandise can be returned no later than 7 days before that holiday and only with receipt. Later than 7 days you will only be able to do exchanges. Online Halloween orders can be returned 30 days from the day when you received the items.
All custom and personalized items, helium tanks, and partial party kits can’t be returned. Only full and unopened party kits are eligible for returns.
If you don’t have an order confirmation email, you’ll have to provide a written documentation with your order number on them. You can contact customer service to get a new copy of your order number. Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable and will be subtracted from your refund.
If you receive store credit, you will be able to use it in stores, but not online.
